Email advisory session
Before you make the next email decision, make sure you are solving the right problem
Your ESP says the technical setup looks fine. Your dashboard says performance changed. Your team has a bunch of explanations and no agreement about what to do next.
Deliverability problems rarely identify themselves clearly. Audience quality, sending behavior, authentication, reputation, content, and recipient expectations can produce similar symptoms. Acting on the wrong explanation can waste time or make the problem worse.
A Deliverability Advisory Hour gives you an independent expert perspective on one specific question, without committing to a full assessment or ongoing engagement.
Bring the question, the evidence, and the people involved. We will work through the situation together and identify the most defensible next step.
When a Deliverability Advisory Hour can help
-
You are about to send to a higher-risk audience
You may be emailing a new, old, reactivated, partner-provided, or much larger audience than usual.
We can pressure-test the plan, identify the most important risks, and discuss what should change before you send.
-
Your email performance changed
Bounces increased. Complaints appeared. Engagement dropped. Gmail, Yahoo, or Microsoft performance shifted.
We can examine the evidence you bring, separate useful signals from noise, and decide whether to pause, continue, or investigate further.
-
You want a second opinion
Your ESP, agency, vendor, consultant, or internal team has recommended a course of action, but you are not convinced it addresses the real problem.
We can examine the reasoning, challenge the assumptions, and identify missing risks or alternatives.
What happens during the session
This is a 60-minute live working session.
You bring the context and screen-share the data, dashboards, settings, messages, or recommendations you want to examine. We work through one specific question together in real time.
There is no advance preparation, audit, or document review.
What you'll leave with
- A clearer understanding of what the available evidence does and does not show
- A more defensible next step
- The questions or data your team should investigate next
- A recording and transcript of the session
The recording and transcript are the standard deliverables. Written recommendations and follow-up support are not included.
What this format is not
A Deliverability Advisory Hour is not a substitute for a full deliverability assessment, rollout strategy, implementation project, or ongoing advisory relationship.
It is not the right format when the answer requires advance research, access to multiple systems, extensive document review, written analysis, or continued ownership after the call.
If the problem requires deeper investigation, I will tell you what is missing and what kind of engagement would fit better.
Why work with me
I help organizations understand the interaction between email authentication, sender reputation, audience practices, content, and recipient behavior.
My work focuses on finding the actual constraint rather than applying generic deliverability advice or assuming every problem can be solved with another DNS record.
I am a Proofpoint Certified Email Authentication Specialist with experience in Google Workspace, sender authentication, reputation analysis, email systems, and complex sending workflows.
